Happy MONDAY blogging world!  Here where I am it is a beautiful day - sun is shining, birds are singing and I am in a chipper mood!  So, last night I went out for an early dinner with a very, very good girlfriend of mine.  She lives out of state now and was passing through for a few days.  We went to this nice little Bistro that I love that has kick ass Cosmopolitans and Martinis (boy I love the Martinis).  So anyway, we were chatting about life, love, men, sex, relationships, children, careers - trying to catch up on more than a year without talking in person.  She mentioned that she had a new ‘lover’ and was very happy with him.  *Addison* told me that *Mike* was very, very good in bed - extraordinary actually, but that she could only orgasm once per session. 

I say to her, “Ad, you are nuts, I can orgasm as many times as I want during a session - 10, 20, 30 or more even!”  She says, “Now you are just rubbing it in Mikayla, you know some people just can’t orgasm like that, what do you think that ORGASMS GROW ON TREES?”

Do Orgasms grow on trees?  That was funny, I laughed, took a sip of my Martini and responded, “YES, THERE IS AN ORGASM TREE, want me to plant it for you?”

*Addison* laughed, took a drink of HER martini and said, “no really Mik, it is just not possible.  I have always been a one-shot woman.  I wait and wait and build up and build up, then have it and I am done.”

“Oh girl, do I have a lot to teach you,” I say to her with my trademark evil grin.  Then I proceeded to tell my BFF what she is doing wrong in bed (I am a sex educator after all) and how she can have as many orgasms as she wants - yes, that is right - AS MANY AS SHE WANTS.  Now, I am not saying that this is easy to do, that it happens overnight or that all women have the determination to make this possible.  However, I am saying that it is POSSIBLE and CAN BE DONE.  You can have more than one orgasm a session ladies, you absolutely can!

I ask *Addison* why she makes herself build-up so much, why not just orgasm and then try for more.  She responded, “if I let it build it is such a fantastic orgasm that I can barely contain it, then when I am done, it is sensitive and I just want to move on to sex (if we are having oral) or be banged until he is done.”

So OK, this is a very common situation.  More women than I can even count have come to me with the same dilemma, “I orgasm, then I am sore, then I am done!”  It is true, when a woman orgasms her clitoris becomes very, very tender and somewhat sensitive.  For some women this is a temporary feeling, for others it can last for minutes to even a half hour.  The point is, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!  That is right - SUCK IT UP!   If you want to become multi-orgasmic or serially orgasmic (they are different) - then you have to work past the pain.

Look, when I am on the eliptical in the morning and I get to around 30 minutes, my legs are screaming, my muscles are revolting, I am sweating and all I want to do is QUIT!  Do I?  NO!  I know if I keep going for even 10 more minutes that I will burn 50 more calories or go 1/2 more miles.  I WORK THROUGH THE PAIN!  Same principal with an orgasm.
